Anime Dekho respects the intellectual property rights of others. This DMCA Policy explains how we address copyright infringement claims.

1. Informational Directory Notice

Anime Dekho is an informational hub and guide. We do not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted video, audio, or media files on our servers.Our platform solely provides reviews, episode explanations, release schedules, and hyperlinks to official, licensed streaming services (such as Crunchyroll, Netflix, Amazon Prime).

All metadata, cover images, and promotional material displayed on Anime Dekho are used strictly under the Fair Use doctrine for informational and review purposes.

2. DMCA Takedown Process

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, please understand that Anime Dekho does not host the material in question. However, if you believe a link or image on our site infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice.

Your takedown notice must include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
